Covid-19 Information

To reduce transmission of the virus and protect patients and staff, you may notice some changes including:

  • Gaps between appointments.
  • The podiatrist wearing appropriate PPE (personal protection equipment).
  • Contactless payment available.
  • Sanitising of all pens, door handles, credit/debit card machine, all surfaces on top of our usual clinical cleaning processes.

In order to assist us with these measures, please:

  • Arrive at your appointed time (not early or late).
  • Leave unnecessary items (bags and coats) at home or in the car.
  • Sanitise your hands with the hand sanitiser provided in the waiting room.
  • Wear a mask if you have one.

If you or anyone in your household are experiencing any of the following symptoms; high temperature, new continuous cough or loss of smell or taste, please contact us to postpone your appointment.

To ensure that patients remain socially-distanced, please make every effort to turn up for your appointments on time and not early or late.  Please only turn up at the Surgery if you have an appointment.  Currently, we can only make appointments over the telephone or by email.
